Ace of Cakes I'm Not

Food Network is one of my favorite channels...my favorites shows are the cake challenges and "Ace of Cakes"...these shows get my creative juices flowing...make me think I can make beautiful cakes too...I've come to the realization here in 2009 that I am not a cake master and need to take a class or two...I suck, here are just a few of my creations to prove it


The soccer cake that didn't cook right, so I had to "carve it"...I tried to make flames...Chris thought it was a soccerball on top of the world...the boys thought it looked "strange"...tasted pretty bad too

Dinosaur Volcano cake...from far away it wasn't so bad, luckily it was for a bunch of 7 year olds

Smiley face...can't really mess this one up

Spongebob Surf Cake...so many problems don't know where to start

Pineapple Upside Down Boob cake...this was good, but didn't realize until after I made them that they looked a lot like boobs...I guess that is why Chris liked it so much

My horrible attempt at a "Rice Crispy" House...Rachel Ray you failed me!!
